73Are you tired of overeating? You want to lose weight? You personally think that you become an eating maniac. Now you want to quit overeating habit and you have no idea what to do?

1. Identify the problem:
You need to identify your overeating problem first. Just write down your current condition on a simple paper. Also write down the food you eat, categorize it into healthy and non healthy category. Realize the health risks of overeating, talk to other people suffering with it. Read famous health journal and magazines.
2. Take steps
Once you completely analyze and identify your overeating problem, move on to the next the most important steps of quitting overeating. My solution for overeating is completely natural and 100% free from all kind of side effects.
Use of water and tea:
Drink a lot of water, it will fill your stomach and hence you eat less. With the use of excessive water drink tea with some low calorie snacks or biscuits, it will also keep you away from heavy meals.
Change your way of living:
Make changes in your daily routine life, if possible travel and take vacations. If your work is mostly sitting in front of computer then try to take brakes and in the break time do exercises.
Changes in eating style:

long time no see, it was a pleasure to read this for many including myself have gone through tjis, I went to a nutitionist and lost 40 pounds in about 3 months however it wasn't easy I had to start eating different and less plus exercise. However shortly after that I developed Hepatitis C and was treated for one year. It is a gruleing treatment almost like Chemo. I dropped from 285 to 175 and I am 5'11". needless to say it was like carrying another human being on my back. now I am finished with the treatment and weigh 215 which is what a man my age and height should weigh. HI...I really enjoyed reading through your Hub..and I just wanted to add about the Use of water and tea part..that some times when people actually feel they are hungry..well they could be just thirsty so would be a good idea to drink water 1st..and of one feels hunger after that..well than you are trully hungry....
